changing navigation in header
I would like to suggest that you add the option to exclude pages in the header – many of us with want to exclude “home”
You also want to consider giving the option to put categories across the top navigation instead of pages – all within the theme options. (and options for excluding categories)

Why cant we change the width of 42k Theme?
The theme 42k for wordpress is set at 1000px wide, why didnt you do a fluid width one or let us pick the width?
